Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge until it enters the fulfillment process. To cancel an order, log in to your customer account and select the relevant order.

Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. After delivery, however, you may use our standard return process as outlined below.

Returns

An item is eligible for return only if it is in the same condition in which you received it, has not been worn or used, includes its original tags and labels whenever possible, and is returned in its original packaging.

If you received a defective or damaged item, or if a manufacturing defect appears during normal use, you may submit a warranty claim. Such items do not need to meet the conditions required for standard returns of unused merchandise. Warranty claims may be submitted within 2 years of receiving the item, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
