How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The standard processing time is 1-3 days, the shipping time depends on
your location. Typically, you show receive your order within 7 working
day. On launch days, the processing time may be longer.
What are the delivery methods and prices?
The exact shipping price is calculated at checkout. You can find the usual delivery times here. Delivery methods are available choose in checkout too.
Are products also delivered to Slovakia? Can I pay in euros?
Yes and yes :)
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Only in Czechia and Slovakia.

How to use store credit in our e-shop
1. Log in to your account
Before making a purchase, log in to your customer account in our e-shop.
Store credit can only be used when you are logged in with the email address to which the credit was issued.
2. Check your balance
After logging in, you will find your current store credit balance in your account details. You will also see whether your credit has an expiration date, and if so, what it is.
3. Shop as usual
Select the products you want and add them to your cart. Then proceed to checkout.
4. Apply store credit at checkout
On the checkout page, you will see a “Store Credit” section showing your available balance. Click “Apply Store Credit”, and the credit will be automatically deducted from the total order amount.
5. Complete your order
If the credit covers the full order amount, no additional payment is required.
If the order total exceeds your available credit, you can pay the remaining balance using a standard payment method (card, bank transfer, etc.).
Important:
Store credit can only be used when logged in to your account
If your credit has an expiration date, make sure to use it before it expires
You can find your store credit usage history in your customer account
