Ancient Egypt. Probably the most interesting, famous and iconic civilization that ever lived on our planet. There are many things we don't know about it - for example, how the pyramids were built. But what we do know is that it followed its dreams and achieved its goals.

There is a translation of the ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs in the Book of the Dead that says “I make my journey” that has been incredibly inspiring to me. It is sometimes translated as “I advance and I hasten.” The Book of the Dead is a collection of texts that were placed in the coffins of the deceased to help them in the afterlife.

The sweatshirt and sweatpants are ripped for that “old egypt mummy vibe,” and have my classic slightly oversized cut, which creates a beautiful silhouette and luxurious material.

I've been wanting to make a zip hoodie for a long time, but I wanted to do it well. Four years since I founded Tadeas & Co. it's here. The 07 University hoodie and sweatpants are a slightly more "elevated" version of my classic hoodies and sweatpants, great for going out but also ultra comfortable for at home. A win-win situation.

I wanted to make *the* product that represented '777' the most, so I knew it had to have a gradient of blue and light blue/turquoise. But how do you add purple? What if the purple only appears at certain angles? Sounds crazy? Yeah. Did I manage to do it? Yes I did. This sweatshirt is also pre-washed, so it has extra, extra soft material - softer than you've ever seen (or felt) from me and more than I've ever felt on any other sweatshirt. And I've tested a lot of them.

I was so inspired by the look and vibe of old Persian rugs that I decided to design my own. I put the rug in the hood of the sweatshirt and then took stars from another rug and placed them all over the sweatshirt - front and back. They are not visible at first glance, as they are only a few shades darker than the fabric itself. I hid the logo in one of the stars (the one on the chest) so that it is almost invisible. This is also my first red sweatshirt and I am thrilled by the color.

I wanted to make products that would have my signature *perfect* Tadeáš light blue. That kind of vibrant blue that is neither too turquoise nor too “baby blue”. I hit the mark on the first sample and I absolutely fell in love. For an extra “umff” I added a blue whale shark print to the hood and back pockets of the sweatpants - my first “animal print” design.

Purple is a very specific color that has to be done well. Some are too burgundy, some too dark, and some too... well, ugly. This purple is exactly the one we all imagine, but then we can't find it in reality. The one that's "just right." In the back pockets of the sweatpants and inside the hood there is again a whale shark print - this time purple, perfectly matching the comfortable fabric of the sweatshirt.

I also created a 07 University T-shirt and a 7STAR cap for the sets – products that you can match with the collection, but also wear every day completely separately. Oversized, comfortable and high-quality T-shirt + casual cap with a great fit that goes with absolutely everything and enhances every outfit. I've been wearing it for about half a year and I secretly hope that no one noticed it.
