Exchanges & Returns – Selected European Countries

If you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Fill in the form
    → You can find the return form here.
  2. Pack the item
    → Place unused and unwashed items in the original packaging (or similar).
    → Write your name and order number on the package (so we know who it came from).
  3. Send the package
    → Send the package with any carrier (unless stated otherwise on the website) to a Packeta branch in your country – see here.
    → Don’t forget to include the return code 92738148 in the address. The return shipping cost from your side is covered by us.
  4. Return processing
    → We will process the exchange/return within 14 days (usually sooner).
    → For exchanges, we issue store credit for the value of the returned item.
