Exchanges & Returns – Czech Republic, Slovakia, or Hungary

If you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Fill in the form
    → You can find the return form here.
  2. Wrap and label the package
    → Write your name and order number on the package (so we know who it came from).
    → Place unused and unwashed items in their original packaging (or similar).
  3. Send the package
    → ZÁSILKOVNA: Bring the package to any Zásilkovna drop-off point and provide the code 92738148.
    → AT YOUR OWN COST: You can send the package with a carrier of your choice to our address (please contact us in advance).
  4. Processing
    → We will process the exchange/return within 14 days (usually sooner).
    → For exchanges, we issue store credit for the value of the returned item.
