EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS

This method only applies for Czechia and Slovakia. For international returns and exchanges contact info@tadeas.co, thank you.

Exchange and return procedure:

• 1. If possible, put the unused (unwashed) goods in the original packaging or package corresponding to the form in which the goods were delivered to you.
  
  
• 2. Attach a brief cover letter, you can use the form ( print / view here ) stating your name, order number and reason for return / exchange.
  
  
• 3. Take the package to any ZÁSILKOVNA delivery point and tell them the return code " 92738148 ", we will take care of the rest. This option is free for you. You can also send the package by another carrier at your own expense - in this case, please contact us
  
  In the case of online payment, we will return the money to you through the original payment method, in the case of cash on delivery payment, we will send the money to the account that you specify in the cover letter.
  
  We normally process exchanges/returns within 14 days.
