Procedure for exchanging and returning goods:

1. If possible, place unused (unwashed) goods in the original packaging or package corresponding to the form in which the goods were delivered to you.

2. Attach a brief cover letter, you can use the form (print / view here) stating your name, order number and reason for return / exchange.

3. Bring the package to any ZÁSILKOVNA drop-off point and tell them the return code "92738148", we will take care of the rest. This option is free for you. You can also send the package at your own expense by another carrier - in this case, please contact us

In case of online payment, we will return the money to you through the original payment method, in case of cash on delivery payment, we will send the money to the account you specify in the cover letter.

We usually process the exchange / return within 14 days.
