If you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below:

→ Place unused and unwashed items in the original packaging (or similar).
→ Write your name and order number on the package (so we know who it came from). - Send the package
→ Send the package with any carrier (unless stated otherwise on the website) to a Packeta branch in your country – see here.
→ Don’t forget to include the return code 92738148 in the address. The return shipping cost from your side is covered by us. - Return processing
→ We will process the exchange/return within 14 days (usually sooner).
→ For exchanges, we issue store credit for the value of the returned item.
